  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 juice of Lemon
  • 2 clove Garlic

  • 2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine spinach, kale, avocado, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
