  • 4 slice Sourdough bread
  • 2 large Ripe tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 8 leaf Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and garlic cloves.
  3. Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Rub the garlic cloves on one side of each bread slice.
  5. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the garlic-rubbed side of the bread.
  6. Drizzle each slice with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  9. Serve immediately.
