  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
