Ingredients
  • 1 cup Poha (Flattened Rice)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 chopped Green Chili
  • 1 handful Peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • for garnish Coriander Leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Rinse poha in water and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopped onion, curry leaves, and green chili. Sauté until onion turns translucent.
  4. Add chopped potato and turmeric powder. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add rinsed poha, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and roasted peanuts.
  7. Serve hot.
