Ingredients
  • 4 cup Plums
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the plums, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, shredded coconut, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  5. Pour the plum mixture into a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the plums are bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
