  • 4 unit Ripe Plantains
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • N/A n/A Toppings of your choice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the plantains and cut them into chunks.
  3. In a blender or food processor, blend the plantains, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the plantain mixture into a thin, round crust shape.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Spread pizza sauce over the crust and top with mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
