  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 cup Almond butter
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed meal
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
