Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 piece Pizza dough
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, tomato paste, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the hummus on a pizza dough.
  5. Top with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
