  • 1 cup Pinto beans
  • 1 cup Fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Avocado
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine pinto beans, fresh corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
