  • 200 gram Strawberries
  • 1 cup Coconut Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded Coconut
  • 10 gram Fresh Mint Leaves
Instructions
  1. In a blender, blend the strawberries, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the chia seeds to thicken the mixture.
