Ingredients
  • 4 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add diced onion, carrot, and frozen peas. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cooked rice to the other side. Break up any clumps of rice with a spatula.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce over the rice and vegetables. Mix well to combine.
  5. Add diced pineapple and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
