Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch Green onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, red bell pepper, and green onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the black beans, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
