Ingredients
  • 2 piece Eggplant
  • 1 piece Bitter Melon
  • 1 cup String Beans
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 cup Squash
  • 1 cup Okra
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add the eggplant, bitter melon, string beans, squash, and okra. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Pour water into the pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
