Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Rum
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine pineapple, coconut milk, rum, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Add a few pineapple chunks and shredded coconut to each mold.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  6. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
