Ingredients
  • 2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, and salt.
  2. Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Form the dough into a ball and flatten it into a disc.
  5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper.
  8. Transfer the rolled dough to a pie dish and press it evenly into the bottom and sides.
  9. Trim any excess dough.
  10. Bake the pie crust for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Allow the crust to cool before filling.
