Ingredients
  • 6 sheet Phyllo dough
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out the phyllo dough sheets and cut them into small squares.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the phyllo squares.
  5. Place the coated phyllo squares on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve as a crunchy topping for salads or soups.
