Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until they become translucent.
  4. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes and mix well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
