  • 2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
  • 2 piece Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic cloves. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while the processor is running until the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Pulse a few more times to combine.
  4. Serve the pesto sauce with pasta or as a spread on bread.
