Ingredients
  • 4 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tablespoon Olives
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  4. Thinly slice the red onion.
  5. Dice the bell pepper.
  6. Cut the avocado into cubes.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, avocado, olives, and feta cheese.
  8. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat.
  9. Serve immediately.
