Ingredients
  • 4 pepper Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 pepper Yellow Bell Peppers
  • 2 pepper Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 onion Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 10 leaf Fresh Basil Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  2. Add bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
