  • 250 gram Penne pasta
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the tofu, bell peppers, and spinach with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
  5. In a separate pan, sauté the garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  6. Add the roasted tofu, bell peppers, and spinach to the pan and stir well.
  7. Drain the cooked penne pasta and add it to the pan.
