Ingredients
  • 2 cup Peas
  • 2 teaspoon Garum Masala
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 chopped Green Chili
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Cook for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add peas and garum masala. Mix well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add salt and cilantro. Mix well.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
