Ingredients
  • 500 gram Pears
  • 200 gram Watercress
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon Sour cream
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add sliced pears and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add watercress and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Using a blender, puree the soup until smooth.
  6. Return the soup to the pot and reheat. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of sour cream.
