Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pears
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine pears, dates, almonds, oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  4. Press the dough into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
