Ingredients
  • 2 piece Ripe pears
  • 4 cup Mixed greens
  • 2 ounce Walnuts
  • 2 ounce Dried cranberries
  • 2 ounce Goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the pears and mixed greens.
  2. Cut the pears into thin slices.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, pear slices, walnuts, dried cranberries, and goat cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
