Ingredients
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Ground flaxseed
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add wheat germ, rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and ground flaxseed. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the dish using the back of a spoon.
  4. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares or bars.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
