Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped peanuts, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, and salt.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract together.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and press it down firmly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
