  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, chia seeds, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the clusters rest for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
