  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 medium Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  6. Once cooled, stir in the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
