Ingredients
  • 2 cup Alpen Original Cereal
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together Alpen Original Cereal, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or on a stovetop using a double boiler.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled bars and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  6. Return the bars to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  7. Once set, cut into bars and serve.
