  • 2 peach Ripe Peaches
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and pit the peaches, then cut them into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the peaches, olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
