Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 medium Peaches
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and quinoa to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 12-15 minutes until quinoa is tender.
  3. Meanwhile, chop peaches and almonds.
  4. In a separate pan, toast almonds over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Once quinoa is cooked, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in chopped peaches, toasted almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
