Ingredients
  • 2 cup Peas
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slice Bread slices
  • 8 leaves Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Cook the peas in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooked peas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. Spread the pea puree on the toasted bread slices.
