  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and trim the carrots, then cut them into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the carrot sticks in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
