Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 200 gram Chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Cook until softened.
  4. Add chickpeas and tomato paste. Stir well.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the chickpea sauce. Toss to combine.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
