Ingredients
  • 300 gram Spaghetti
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and red chili flakes for 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and salt, and cook for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the tomato sauce. Toss well to coat the spaghetti with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
