Ingredients
  • 250 gram Spaghetti
  • 4 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 200 gram Seitan
  • 50 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. In a food processor, pulse seitan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  4. In the same pan, add the seitan meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Add tomato sauce to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan. Toss to coat the spaghetti with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with parsley, if desired.
