  • 500 gram Parsnips
  • 1 teaspoon Mace
  • 2 tablespoon Brandy
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the parsnips into thick batons.
  3. In a bowl, mix the parsnips with olive oil, mace, brandy, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the parsnips on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
