Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
