Ingredients
  • 4 slice Stale bread
  • 3 large Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the bread into cubes and place in a large bowl.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and basil leaves.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and basil to the bowl with the bread.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the bread mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Let the panzanella sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
