  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and let them cool slightly.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Place the boiled potatoes on a cutting board and gently press down on each potato with the back of a fork to flatten it.
  4. Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Carefully transfer the seasoned potatoes to the preheated skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove the panfried smashed potatoes from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
