  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana.
  2. Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oat flour and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute.
  8. Serve the pancakes topped with fresh berries and additional maple syrup if desired.
