Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Crushed Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice to make the spicy peanut sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Pour the spicy peanut sauce over the tofu and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let the tofu rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions, crushed peanuts, and cilantro.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
