Ingredients
  • 2 cup Dried beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
Instructions
  1. Rinse the dried beans and soak them overnight.
  2. Drain the beans and transfer them to a slow cooker.
  3. Add chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, vegetable broth, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and bay leaf to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 4 hours.
  6. Once the beans are tender, remove the bay leaf and stir in fresh cilantro and lime juice.
  7. Let the beans rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
