Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and water.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Roll out each dough ball into a thin tortilla shape.
  7. Cook the tortillas in the skillet for about 2 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
