Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together applesauce, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the raisins.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
