  • 2 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • as desired for topping Fresh fruits and nuts
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
