  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
