Ingredients
  • 2 medium-sized Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, fresh rosemary, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  4. Add the sweet potato cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
