Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Asparagus
  • 8 ounce Sugar snap peas
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add asparagus and sugar snap peas to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot.
